Ger-Volga @Rootsweb.com is a mailing list to help you communicate with others who have similar interests: in our case it would be researching our Volga German ancestors. Nearly every day someone will post something that is useful, interesting, and usually helpful. This list is always filled with interesting and sometimes painful things that our ancestors were forced to endure. Luckily, for most of us, our particular ancestors made it to America before some of this suffering took place; but they all left other family members behind, at least for a while.
