ReplyDeleteI am researching my husband's line, Eberle/Melenberg. I have nothing past his gf/gma's birth in Degot(t), but understand there are Eberle's in Pfeifer prior to 1900's. I am at a loss, however, an Acestry DNA test has given may 4th-6th cousins. One happens to have the Burghardt name. I am kind of grasping at straws right now. Degot(t) doesn't appear to have a village researcher, so I'm difficulty going backward. Glad I found your site today!
